My Top Three Astrology Reads of 2021

One of the perils of having Mercury in the eighth house natally is my penchant for diving deep: reading, researching, studying the secret underbelly of things. Astrology, the history of esotericism, psychology and mythology are all unquestionably eighth-house topics, and if you’ve been a long-time reader of my blog, you’ll be familiar with all of these cropping up in my Tarot and astrology posts.

Algorithms love lists and so, in the spirit of year-end stock-taking, I present a trio of stand-out titles. I must have read more than a dozen books this year, ranging from depth psychology to astrology to astrological how-to manuals designed to improve delineation techniques. Few made the cut, however, since thought-provoking subject-matter was a must to make this particular list. The titles that follow are available on Amazon or from online used booksellers and suitable for astro-enthusiasts at all levels of their astrological journey.

  1. Kieron Le Grice, Discovering Eris: The Symbolism and Significance of a New Planetary Archetype (2012).

Kieron Le Grice has authored a short, digestible, and speculative work on the potential application of Eris in astrology.
