Hey star-gazers! Show of hands: who’s already exhausted by Saturn in Pisces?

Do some of you feel like you’re paddling upstream? Like you’re swimming against a current that’s testing your resolve and no matter how hard you try the odds seem stacked against you?

If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

I’ve been reflecting on what the lugubrious giant in the temple of spiritual Pisces can teach us, and I’m coming to the conclusion that it’s about letting go over that which we can’t control.

Trusting in the process of life regardless of the outcome sounds like a monumental task, especially if you’re accustomed to white-knuckling it through life. A little like the Seven of Pentacles in the Tarot, the lesson may be about patience, assessment, re-evaluation and trial and error. We also might need to accept that there could be no simple payoff for the hard work we put in. To me, that’s a bitter pill to swallow, and yet relinquishing control over aspects of worry-inducing micromanagement may be the only way to emotional freedom.

This week, however, we may get a little reprieve with a positive, hopeful and inspiring lunation on the docket, invariably kissing us from its celestial seat with the promise of brighter times ahead.

But first, we have the star of Hermes changing signs on April 3, entering Taurus, where we could find ourselves thinking about financial matters.
